Sally Clark, Vancouver, British Columbia 2000 Sally Clark was born in Vancouver. She moved to Toronto in 1973 and has been playwright-in –residence at Theatre Passe Muraille, The Shaw Festival, Buddies in Bad Times Theatre and Nightwood Theatre. Her plays include “Lost Souls and Missing Persons” (1998), “Moo” (included in Modern Canadian Plays Vol. 11, 1994), “The Trial Of Judith K.” (1985), “Jehanne of the Wiches”, “Life without instruction” (1994), “Saint Frances of Hollywood” (1996) and “WASPS” (1998). Sally Clark has received a Chalmers Award (1990), a Governor General's Award nomination (1991) and the special Prix du Jury at the Henri Langlois International Film Festival (1992).
